The Oregon Brewers Guild is governed by a Board of Directors composed of no fewer than six Brewery Member representatives and one Associate Member representative. The Board of Directors is selected by a vote of Brewery Members of the Guild. Directors serve a two-year term. A President, Vice President and Treasurer are selected by a vote of Board Members.

The Guild meets on a quarterly basis. Meeting dates for 2006 are Wednesday, Feb. 17; Wednesday, May 18, July 25th and Thursday, November 30th. The February meeting is at Widmer Gasthaus, 929 N Russell Portland; the May meeting is at Laurelwood NW in Portland; the July meeting is as Rock Bottom Portland; the November Annual Meeting at the Melody Ballroom, 615, S.E. Alder, Portland. The Feburary, May and August meetings start at 8:00 a.m. for the Board, 10 a.m. for the general membership. The Annual Meeting starts at 6 p.m.
