Elliot Glacier Public House is located in the historic Valley Theater in downtown Parkdale, situated in the heart of the beautiful upper Hood River Valley, on the north flank of Mt. Hood. The pub is just 17-miles from the city of

Hood River and a few minutes from the Mt. Hood Meadows Ski Resort. Enjoy an awesome view of the north slopes of Mt. Hood from the beer garden while quaffing one of the handcrafted ales brewed in a seven-barrel brewery. There are often up to six brews on tap.

The Beers

Year-round Beers
Parkdale Pale Ale is a golden ale with considerable hop character, but finishing with a nice malty taste.
Baseline Porter has a drinkable quality while having a lot of taste and character.
Red Hill Scottish is a well balanced, malty beer in the Scottish tradition.
Also, look for Gnarl Ridge India Pale Ale, Ghost Ridge Imperial Stout, Barret Spur Bitter and Crevasse-yer-Ass Winter Ale.
Elliot Glacier has a pub-style menu with a variety of sandwiches, homemade soups and salad bar. Special dishes include burritos, homemade chili with the best corn bread around and cheese fondue in the Swiss tradition. Friday nights are all you can eat spaghetti with meatballs and your choice of three sauces. Monday night is the ever popular taco night. Also, look for special plate dinners on Saturday and Sunday nights.
