Brewmaster John Harris oversees this state-of-the-art facility that makesmany of Full Sail's specialty and seasonal offerings. It also serves as aresearch and development center for new beers. Full Sail at Riverplace islocated on the waterfront next door to McCormick & Schmick's renownedHarborside Restaurant and Pilsner Room where you can sample an entireselection of Full Sail's beers. A full menu of fresh Northwest cuisine isavailable. Brewery hours: Monday through Thursday, 7am to 5pm.Restaurant hours: 11am to 1am daily.
