Hair of the Dog Brewing Companyproduces bottle-conditionedbeers which improve with ageand is dedicated to providing the beer lover withnew and unusual beer styles.Since these beers are refermentedin the bottle (or ``bottle-conditioned"),they will continue to improve with age andmay be kept, like a fine wine, for manyyears. Adam, Golden Rose, and Fredare available in 12 oz, 1.5 liter, and 3 liter bottlesand are also available in the Portland area on draft. Ed and JD are draft only. Docksales are welcome.
